Southwest Florida Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Tiefenbach and provide services to Lending Institutions, Attorneys, and the general public. With over 22 years in Real Estate Sales and 20 years as a Residential Appraiser Southwest Florida he has an in-depth knowledge of the areas he services. The company uses state of the art technology in preparing our reports to minimize errors. Prior to getting into the Real Estate business Mr. Tiefenbach spent 16 years working for a Fortune 500 Company and held the Position of Director of Engineering. He has a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Masters Degree in Business from Franklin University.
