Certified, professional, and experienced inspectors, that work for you!! 2.5 to 3.5 hours to perform an in-depth evaluation of the home and property. During this time we will be providing a thorough, visual inspection of the homes major components. We inspect items such as the foundation, accessible roofs, gas appliances and all electrical panels. Once complete our inspectors walk you through the entire home pointing out all deficiencies so that you can see the home the way we do. To provide a better service for our clients, we may view certain components and areas with a thermal imaging cameras and moisture detectors. This helps us to see moisture, overheating electrical systems, missing insulation and other items that may not be seen.
