Frank Campoamor is a partner at the Firm and has practiced in Naples since 2002. Frank is also a Naples native. Frank’s primary focus is real estate and business law. Frank is a Past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association. Frank’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, commercial loan documentation, commercial leasing, construction, title insurance, community/commercial associations, and development. Frank’s corporate practice includes business formation, preparation of internal governance documents, the purchase or sale of businesses, and otherwise handling the day-to-day legal needs for businesses.
